By creating an account on ClinikDesk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users including clinic administrators and patients who book through the widget.

2. Description of Service

ClinikDesk provides an online appointment booking and clinic management platform for healthcare providers. Services include a booking widget, calendar management, patient records, and analytics tools.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to use ClinikDesk for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of the clinic information and availability you configure.

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@clinikdesk.in within 7 days of a charge if you believe there is an error.

5. Limitation of Liability

ClinikDesk is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any missed appointments, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 30 days.
