When you use ClinikDesk, we collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, clinic details, and contact number during signup. For patients booking through your clinic widget, we collect their name, phone number, and appointment preferences.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to provide and improve ClinikDesk services, send appointment notifications and reminders, process payments via Razorpay, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Security
All data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security. Each clinic's data is completely isolated. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Payment information is handled entirely by Razorpay and is never stored on our servers.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as you maintain an active ClinikDesk account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@clinikdesk.in.
5. Cookies
ClinikDesk uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
